#36 Yoga and Faith: A Heart-to-Heart Conversation

Maria and I joined the UK Les Mills team back in 2000, her for BODYCOMBAT and myself for BODYBALANCE. Maria’s had an amazing adventure over the last three decades in the fitness industry, living in the UK, Spain, the Netherlands and now in the USA. I remember us having conversations about Yoga and faith and eventually, in 2001, she started her Yoga journey as a Yoga Teacher and then as a Yoga Therapist.
